5 Rules of Business Etiquette

With the amount of technology we surround ourselves with today, the lines of common courtesy have been blurred and some have lost touch with how to act in certain business settings. For instance, how many times have you committed one of the following: a) Checked your cell phone/replied to emails during meetings, b) used sarcasm in an email, c) updated your status with something negative about your company? Whether you’re a college senior applying for your first “real world” job or an underclassman gunning for an internship, you all have one thing in common – the interview. No matter what, to some degree, you’ll be nervous going into an interview. Fortunately, you have control over how those nerves affect you.
